Your data and AI models
Brightney does not use Customer Data, or data it reads from the apps you connect, to train generalized AI models.
Safeguards
We use administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, loss, and misuse.
Depending on the system, they include encryption, authentication controls, access restrictions, infrastructure security, logging and monitoring, secure software-development practices, and security reviews.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of an incident involving personal information, we respond as the law and our contracts require.
Disconnecting and deleting
You can delete content you created and data Brightney indexed. Disconnecting an app stops new syncing, but it doesn’t delete what was already indexed. Delete that separately.
